From September 11 to 18, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will tour Germany to boost industrial growth in the state. A key goal of the tour is to attract investments and establish strategic tie-ups in key sectors like renewable energy, automotive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, advanced agriculture practices, and others by meeting business delegations and heads of prominent companies.
His stay at Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin will allow him to meet representatives of leading companies such as BMW, BayWa, and others. The Chief Minister’s visit will be of immense benefit to the state in terms of attracting huge investments, technical know-how, and experience from German companies.
The Chief Minister reiterated his government’s commitment to establishing the state as an industrial hub. The state is striving to put itself on a trajectory of growth, he said. During the Germany tour, Mann expressed hope that the state’s industrial growth would be boosted.
During his visit to Germany, the Chief Minister said he would personally showcase Punjab as a land of opportunity and growth for entrepreneurs.
In light of the fact that Punjab is already one of the most preferred investment destinations in the country, he said that every effort would be made to bring in new investments. It would be a major boost to industrial growth if the tour were successful, Mann said.
