Security forces and terrorists have engaged in an encounter in Kupwara district of North Kashmir’s Chaktaras Kandi area, officials said on Tuesday.
The encounter has resulted in the deaths of two terrorists.
According to Jammu and Kashmir Police, Kashmir zone Inspector General Police Vijay Kumar tweeted, “Two terrorists of the proscribed terror outfit LeT, including one Pakistani terrorist, have been killed. Search continues.”
