According to a report ToTok , a popular messaging app is actually a government spy tool for United Arab Emirates government. ToTok is few months old has been downloaded by more than millions in UAE. Apple’s FaceTime, Facebook’s WhatsApp and other calling apps are partially blocked in UAE, hence ToTok gained popularity rapidly and became an alternative. However, according to US intelligence officials, the UAE government is actually spying on its own people using ToTok messaging app.
