After being allegedly attacked on Saturday night, Punjabi singer Alfaaz, also known as Amanjot Singh Panwar, was rushed to a Mohali hospital with injuries.
As a result of an altercation on Saturday, October 1, between the singer, an eatery owner, and the suspect over money issues, the singer suffered multiple injuries.
A report indicates that the singer was caught in an argument that Vicky, a former employee of the dhaba, was having with its owner on Saturday night as he was leaving the Pal Dhaba after having dinner with Gurpreet, Teji, and Kuljit.
According to reports, Vicky asked Alfaaz to mediate and settle the dispute with the dhaba owner. While reversing the car, Vicky attempted to run away with the owner’s tempo and hit the ‘Yaar Bathere’ singer.
As Vicky escaped from the location, the Mohali Police arrested him. At the Sohna Police Station, a case was later lodged against the culprit.
Honey Singh took to social media on Sunday night to share a health update. He wrote , “My brother @itsaslialfaaz was attacked last night, Whoever planned this, please pray for him.” He later deleted the post.
“Thanks to Mohali police who caught the culprits who hit Alfaaz with a tempo traveller lastnite @itsaslialfaaz is now out of danger too,” Honey Singh wrote hours later.
For those unfamiliar with Alfaaz, he is known for songs such as “Putt Jatt Da”, “Rickshaw”, and “Gaddi”.
