Meaningful negotiations on peace and security for us, for Ukraine are the only chance Russia will be able to reduce the damage it has done in its own mistakes. It’s time to meet. Time to talk! “It is time” means that this opportunity should not pass by as we speak, otherwise Russia’s losses could be so huge that they may take generations of recovery from themselfs’ point of view.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has urged China to condemn “Russian barbarism”. According to the United Nations human rights office (OHCHR), more than 800 civilians, including 112 children, have been killed in Ukraine since Russia had began invading it. Over 3.3 million refugees have also fled from the country as well.
