Punjab CM designate Bhagwant Mann, Kejriwal visit Golden Temple ahead of mega roadshow

Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Chief Minister-designate and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal visited Golden Temple today to get blessing. The leaders came together for a spiritual meet before starting their roadshow.

The senior AAP leadership will visit three temples – Durgiana Temple, Valmiki Temple, and Jallianwala Bagh. They’ll be thanking the people of Punjab for voting in favor of the AAP in power.

Mann said, “We will take the blessings of Guru Sahib to fulfil the promises we made to people in Punjab,” before coming to Amritsar.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new government will be held on March 16th, at Khatkar Kalan, the birthplace of Bhagat Singh. The Aam Aadmi Party won a landslide victory in Punjab polls with 92 seats. Congress won 18 seats and other parties together got 23 while they were previously leading in 108 out of 117 Assembly Seats.
