Cases of covid have begun to increase across the country. Most cases are reported from Mumbai. In this context, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has been alerted and is planning to prevent a fourth epidemic wave.

Yesterday (Friday), 763 Corona patients were found in Mumbai. Mumbai has a 98 percent recovery rate. Additionally, 77 new Corona patients have been found in Thane Municipal Corporation, 71 in Navi Mumbai, and 72 in Pune Municipal Corporation.
The municipal commissioner has directed that all departments including the health system should be well equipped in view of the possible fourth wave warning from medical experts and the possibility of other diseases as the monsoon season is about to start. Dr Iqbal Singh Chahal has also instructed Mumbai Municipal Commissioners to increase the number of tests to prevent Corona infections and to detect the infected.
