A program was held at Classic Grande in Imphal on Saturday evening for Jaishankar, who is visiting the capital of Manipur.
“Delighted to interact with the business community in Imphal this afternoon. The Modi Government gives utmost priority to the development of the North East, including Manipur, as reflected in both resources and attention.”
“Our upcoming G20 presidency will showcase Northeast to the world, with attendant tourism benefits,” Jaishankar told the audience at the interactive session hosted by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
