An operation has been launched against illegal and unauthorised brick kilns in Kamrup, Assam.
There were brick kilns running illegally in the area without government permission, according to the district administration.
In different locations of the district, the district administration has conducted operations against illegal and unauthorised brick kilns, according to Circle Officer Banashree Malakar.
Malakar said they ignored his earlier warnings not to run brick kilns without proper government permission.
