AKSIPS gives a message to the society through its annual function.

Chandigarh, December 23 ( P2P) : AJIT KARAM SINGH INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL (AKSIPS-45), amidst the colourful performances and dreamy desires, celebrated its Annual Day 2022, KHWAHISHEIN-A DREAMER’S PARADISE, wherein Mr. N. Jayasankar, (Principal Commissioner of Income Tax) presided over as the chief guest.
The show, a presentation by the classes PRE NURSERY to THIRD (The Pre Primary Wing) of AKSIPS-45 was an amalgamation of well-knit script, remarkable dramatics ,foot tapping dances and mesmerizing music, based on the theme ”Children’s desires”, showcasing the world through the eyes of the little children.
The show began with the ceremonial lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mr. N. Jayasankar, (Principal Commissioner of Income Tax) and the guests of honour Dr. BNS Walia, Chairman NEDT, Ex- Director, PGI and Mr. Jasdeep Kalra, Executive Director, AKSIPS Group of Smart Schools. The School Director Dr. Jasmine Kalra welcomed the August gathering .The school report was read by the Principal, AKSIPS-45, Mrs. Pamila Kaur, highlighting the achievements and accomplishments of the session- 2022. In his address on the occasion, the chief guest Mr. Jayasankar, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, while describing the program presented by the students as a message to society, said that the children and their parents should take decisions regarding the future of their children in the present. He said that the present is a gift, whereas yesterday is history and tomorrow will be a mystery. He said that whatever children become in the future, they should do that work happily, it doesn’t matter who becomes what. He also gave many examples of success.
The venue was jam-packed with the eagerly awaiting parents, nearly 800 in number.
The little artists of the preprimary wing well portrayed the wishes, desires, dreams and perspective of the little children through their dialogues and acting. The ecstatic dance performances including varied dance forms, discrete moves and synchronization spoke volumes of the hard work involved. Tiny tots, through their brilliant performances, very clearly supported the message of time management, healthy eating, family time and right usage of technology. The star performer of the event the ‘Genie’ gave a message to respect nature and its ways and encouraged each one to realize one’s powers and be a winner.
It was a remarkable sight to watch the little ones perform flawlessly, enthusiastically and above all happily on the stage. The colourful props and their innovative usage, amazing dance moves by the tiny tots dressed up in different colours was a treat to the eyes. Thunderous claps and cheers demonstrated the happiness and satisfaction of the proud parents seeing the Apple of their eyes perform on the stage.
The chief guest through his speech applauded the efforts of the school management and the staff, and called it an unmatchable performance. The day ended with a vote of thanks and mass singing of the National Anthem.
